We wished to take a few minutes
of your time in order to express to you our noteworthy satisfaction
with the service that Mr. Tony Small provided to us in his role
as customer service representative post purchase. Tony assisted
us and followed through extremely efficiently on all of the items
that required attention and particularly with the list of items
for one year post-purchase. His communication and interaction with
us was always very professional and courteous and he demonstrated
the necessary persistence and pride in workmanship to assure that
the job was completed to the customer's satisfaction.
On many occasions, Tony demonstrated
the willingness to make the extra effort to attend to an urgent
item and/or assure that a requested job was accomplished. On several
occasions, if his planned schedule changed and he was unable to
meet with us during the day as agreed, he was always very diligent
to communicate with us and reschedule the appointment for that evening.
He was always very conscientious of the importance of customer satisfaction.
Tony represents a very valuable
asset to Homescape Builders and portrays to the customer the responsibility,
professionalism and concern for customer service and satisfaction
so critical in today's business environment.

employees who has demonstrated numerous times his commitment to
quality. Tony Small has been nothing but professional in his approach
to addressing any issue or concern that we bring to his attention.
His follow up & follow through are superb; he seems to always
under commit and over deliver which is rare these days.
We purchased our home back in October
2004 in Bedford and have been nothing but pleased with it. We chose
